The Oakland A’s and New York Yankees are in the AL playoff race. If you can’t make it to The Coliseum or Yankee Stadium, both teams still have games remaining at Target Field. The Twins will also host the best ballplayer you haven’t heard of, Jose Ramirez, and the AL Central-leading Indians. If your goal is to see one of those Houston ace pitchers, the Astros will play Mike Trout and the Angels in Anaheim.
In the NL, the Rockies will host the Dodgers (twice) as well as Cy Young candidate Aaron Nola and the Phillies in August and September. While you’re at it, extend the trip to the Rockies and catch a show at Red Rocks. It’s also not too late to see Javier Baez and the Cubs at Kauffman or Miller Park. Fair warning, they won’t sing ♫ Go Cubs Go ♫ at those stadiums like you would if you saw them win at Wrigley.
